An original Broadway backdrop provided the first steps of inspiration. Natural light set the stage for custom finishes and furniture.
The delicate reflection of foliage in the dining room creates an illusion of water in the space. A custom white oak dining table topped with alternating inlays of onyx veneer appears to hover in midair, not lessening the airy impact of the floating and falling botanicals.
The entire kitchen is finished in Venetian plaster with an original VLA botanical sketch hand painted onto it, touched with white gold leaf.
